Choosing appliances is the pleasant part. Making them fit, arrive and work is where a retailer earns its place. These four services sit around every order.
Suite planning consultation
Before anything is ordered, we check the whole suite against the room: fit, cutouts, clearances, and what each appliance asks of the house.
Cutouts checked against cabinetry drawings
Clearances, door swings and landing space
Electrical, gas, water and venting requirements
Hoods paired to cooktops, panels to cabinets
Delivery & installation coordination
We schedule delivery around your project and share specifications with whoever installs: your builder, plumber, electrician or installer.
Delivery scheduled around the project
Specification sheets and installation guides to your trades
A site-readiness check before the truck arrives
One point of contact from order to install
Haul-away
The appliances being replaced can leave when the new ones arrive. We arrange removal and send units to recycling where local facilities accept them.
Removal arranged with your delivery
Disconnection coordinated with installation
Recycling where facilities allow
Registration & warranty support
Registration is easy to put off and costly to forget. We help you register each appliance with its manufacturer and keep the records in order.

The Sequence
How an order unfolds
Seven steps, in the same order every time. Some take a day; some take the length of a remodel.
I
Step 1: Conversation
Tell us about the room, the stage of the project and who else is involved: designer, builder, plumber, electrician.
II
Step 2: Measure & review
We review drawings or site measurements and list the requirements each appliance brings with it.
III
Step 3: Selection
We narrow the field together, then put the suite in writing: models, dimensions, finishes and installation needs.
IV
Step 4: Order
Once you approve the selection, we place the order and share timing as each manufacturer reports it.
V
Step 5: Site readiness
Before delivery, we confirm that openings, utilities and access are ready, so installation day is uneventful.
VI
Step 6: Delivery & installation
We coordinate delivery and installation with you or your trades, and arrange haul-away of the old units if you asked for it.
VII
Step 7: Registration
We help register each appliance and hand over manuals, serial numbers and receipts in one place.
